Toggle Destinations

From this page, you can manage your destination toggles. Toggle destination has two destinations of Target A and Target B; you can switch from one to another with the following two options:

• by dialing *44*ID (you can find the ID in this grid)
• from this page by clicking the arrow button
  

You can see which mode you are in at any time by looking at the rule and seeing if Destination A or B is highlighted in Green. The Green one is the active mode

Click on the Toggle Destinations menu Option

From here we can see a list of existing Toggles we have created and what mode they are in and switch the mode as outlined above.

Highlighting an existing Toggle will let you use the Edit and Delete buttons at the top for that Toggle

Press the Add Toggle Destination button to create a new Toggle

From here you give the Toggle a name and pick the two destinations you want to be able to manually switch between.

You can optionally set a Announcement that is played to the caller who is toggling the Destination when dialing the toggle destination.  By default if you leave this set at NONE it will play the default announcement of “Destination A Activated or Destination B Activated”

Press the Save button when done

Now that we have a Toggle Destination created, we need to go into an inbound DID record. We want to route the call through this Toggle by picking the destination, Destination Toggle, and Target to be this new Toggle we just created for the DID we want this rule applied against.
