Departments

Departments let you group users into Departments. They work together with Limited Clients as outlined above to restrict what Users and Queues a Limited Client can see when logging in.

When creating a User, as outlined in this document, you can pick which Department they belong to.

When creating a Queue as outlined in this document, you can optionally pick what Department the Queue belongs to.

Click on the Departments menu Option

From here, you can see a list of all Departments that have been created, and you can see how many Users and Queues are linked to each Department.    

You can edit or delete any Department by highlighting the Department and pressing the edit or delete buttons at the top.

Pressing the Add Department button will let you create a Department by simply giving the Department a name and pressing the Apply button
