Clients Limited Accounts

Limited Clients allow you to create additional Client Logins and set what they can see from a menu perspective in WCP.

Click on the Clients Limited Accounts menu Option

From here, you can create, view, and edit existing Limited Clients

For Each Limited Client, you can provide the following information.

Main (tab)

  • Username – the username for the client to use for when logging in.
  • First and Last Name – First and Last Name of this Limited Client.
  • Email – This is the Email address we will use for password reset and also the username to login as this limited user.
  • Language – Select your Language from the drop-down for the Web GUI
  • Password – Set or Change the password.

Disable pages (tab)

From here, you can pick which menus are disabled for the Client from the Client GUI by checking the box next to each menu you want to restrict the Limited Client from seeing when logged in.

Restrict departments (tab)

We can pick one or more Departments set up on the Client, to which this user is restricted to viewing. If you enable one or more Departments here, this user, when logged into the Client, will only see the users from those departments when they are viewing the Users Tab in the menu. The Department section in this documentation will allow you to create Department groups as outlined here.
