For outbound call please use out.opl.co.uk as we use load balancing, you will need to add your IP address/es in our portal before you can make any calls. We do not offer SIP registration only IP Authentication.

All calls must have a valid Caller ID and should be presented in the e164 format of 44xxx for UK calls.

As well as measures available in the portal to minimise call fraud, we have a number of measures that we also implement across all of our SIP Trunks, including a monthly spend limit. This limit is usually adequate for the majority of clients, however if you think a particular trunk will have unusually high call spend, please contact your account manager.
