What is the Portal?

The OPL Portal is our unified self‑service platform designed to give resellers full control over the services they manage. The portal brings together every major operational task in one place.

Resellers can use the portal to manage their customers end‑to‑end, including:

  • Creating and editing sub‑customers
  • Assigning services such as trunks, DDIs, PBXs, and multi‑tenant WCP instances
  • Deploying PBX virtual machines
  • Creating and managing trunks and sub‑trunks
  • Submitting and tracking number porting requests
  • Ordering mobile SIMs
  • Creating new WCP instances
  • And more features as the platform continues to expand
